Who is sending these messages
Springs Heating & Cooling (Colorado Springs, CO) may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to the phone number you give us when you request a quote, book service, sign up for maintenance reminders, or otherwise ask us to contact you.
What we text about
We only text for business reasons connected to your request, such as:
- Confirming an appointment or estimate
- Letting you know a technician is on the way or running late
- Reminders that your system is due for seasonal maintenance
- Following up on a quote or financing request you submitted
- Occasional service reminders or offers you asked us about
We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number to anyone.
How you opt in
Consent is given when you provide your phone number and submit a form on this website, text us first, or tell us by phone that it is OK to reach you by text. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of buying any product or service from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your situation. Most customers receive only one or two messages per appointment. Maintenance reminders are sent seasonally — roughly a few times a year. You will not receive a stream of texts.
How to stop (opt out)

After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out request. Opting out of service or reminder texts does not stop us from contacting you about an appointment you have already booked or work in progress.
How to change or revoke consent
You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, calling us, or asking in person. We will honor your request as soon as we reasonably can.
